Fall in Roswell, GA: Local Favorites Every New Neighbor Should Know

Fall in Roswell, GA: Local Favorites Every New Neighbor Should Know

Fall is my favorite season in Roswell. The air cools off. The trees put on a show. The whole town seems to slow down a little.

Whether you live here or are thinking about it, here are five ways I like to spend an October weekend.

1. Walk the trails at Vickery Creek and Old Mill Park.

The path along the creek is beautiful in fall. Go early for the best light and the fewest crowds.

Wear good shoes. Some sections are uneven.

2. Browse the farmers market.

Pick up fresh produce, flowers, and baked goods from local vendors. Check the market's official page for current hours and location before you go.

3. Stroll Canton Street.

Restaurants, shops, and patios line the street. It is the easiest place to spend an afternoon.

Grab a coffee and take the long way around.

4. Visit the Historic Square.

The Square is the heart of Roswell. It is a great place to people-watch, sit on a bench, and soak up the season.

5. Get out on the Chattahoochee.

Whether you walk, paddle, or just sit by the water, the river is a big part of why people love living here.

Part of choosing a home is choosing the life that comes with it. If you would like to see how a particular neighborhood fits your weekends, let's talk and I will show you around. Please confirm event details and dates with each organizer before you go.
